The Key to Looking Good....

I SO Wish that I got more sleep. I read today that if you want to look good, YOU NEED TO SLEEP like you have nothing else to do. Make it a hobby! HA 

A new study found that the main key to looking good and having a refreshed brain is... Go to bed at 9:45pm and wake up at 6:55am. 

If you do, your sleep will match your body's natural rhythms and it'll help you have clearer and better skin and brighter eyes. 

So that is A LOT OF SLEEP! 9 or 10 hours or sleep! Do we have that time to Look that Good?
