Downtown building monitored for possible collapse

The building and surrounding area at SW 5th Ave and Clay have been evacuated. The issue is thought to NOT be structural, but officials are asking the public to avoid the area. 

Update: The building is structurally safe. The problem is with the facade. The cause of the damage is not yet known, bu the he streets are being reopened and people in nearby buildings are being allowed to return. Scaffolding will be erected around the Fifth Avenue building that has the damage to protect passersby and vehicles from any debris that may fall.
